It increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps men achieve and maintain an erection. Individuals with a history of cardiovascular diseases, such as heart problems (angina, heart failure, irregular heartbeats) or recent heart attack, should exercise caution when using Viagra. The sexual activity itself can strain the heart and can further increase the strain by increasing blood flow. Consult with a healthcare professional to assess the risks and benefits in such cases. This medication can cause a mild decrease in blood pressure. Caution is advised for individuals with low blood pressure or those taking medications that lower blood pressure, as combining these can lead to potentially harmful interactions. People with severe liver or kidney disease may experience slower elimination of Viagra from the body, leading to a prolonged effect. Dosage adjustments may be necessary in such cases.
What is Erectile Dysfunction? Viagra is a medication used to provide men with erections for sexual activity. It works by relaxing the blood vessels, which allows blood to flow into the penis and enable a man to get or maintain an erection. It does this by blocking the enzyme PDE5. When sexual stimulation occurs during this medication, sildenafil, the active ingredient, increases the levels of PDE5 inhibitors in the body, causing the walls to dilute and increase the delivery of water to the penis, thereby maintaining an erection. This medicine can mainly be used as a side effect by PDE5 inhibitors, but can also inhibit it in some cases. However, no specific advice should be used for all cases. People with certain conditions should exercise caution when taking this medication, as it can cause adverse effects in some cases. Dosage adjustments may be necessary in cases of high blood pressure or liver or kidney disorders. If you notice any side effects or if Ietting, it's essential to inform your healthcare professional. It may also be advisable to take this medication for personal purposes, so I would also suggest talking to your doctor before starting any sexual activity. It is important to take this medication with a healthcare professional's advice since it can cause side effects or increase the risk of dizziness or lightheadedness. It's also essential to inform your doctor of any other medications you are taking.
